Digital Products and Update Terms

CameraPreset sells digital preset bundles. Unless otherwise stated at checkout:

• Standard one-time bundles include one year of update entitlement from the purchase date.
• Lifetime bundles include ongoing update entitlement for that bundle while CameraPreset continues to operate the service.
• "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product service, not the lifetime of an individual customer.
• Custom scene commissions, 1:1 consulting, and personalized editing services are not included unless explicitly listed.

We may improve or reorganize delivery formats, file naming, and support workflow over time as long as the purchased entitlement is preserved.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content
